Who I Am
An artist trapped in a spreadsheet — finally working in the place where the numbers and the building meet.
For years, I called myself an artist trapped in a spreadsheet, buried somewhere on a desk in a bank. I spent my career in FP&A, de-risking the path to profitability for scaling companies and helping leadership teams make decisions anchored in the numbers. That work led me into the boardroom — as an advisor, board member, and angel investor to pre-seed founders and non-profits reimagining what their organizations could be.
Then I invested in real estate. And the more properties I analyzed, the more I realized real estate is exactly where finance stops being theoretical and starts becoming real. It's the intersection of everything I already knew: the numbers, the underwriting, the long-term view, but applied to something you can actually walk through.
Today, I bring that same discipline to real estate for my clients. Whether you're buying your first home, growing an investment portfolio, or evaluating a property as a business decision, I help you see the numbers clearly and move with confidence.
The Secret Sauce
SUPERPOWER
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate under uncertainty.
WHAT CLIENTS GET
Clients love working with me because I bring a finance-first lens to every problem — whether it's real estate, advising startup founders, or the apps I build for small business owners. I don't just show properties, I underwrite them. I don't just hear pitches, I stress-test the model. I don't just ship software, I make sure the math behind it actually works. Most agents sell houses. Most consultants sell decks. I help you make decisions.
